Vue d'ensemble

Nextcloud est une plateforme de stockage cloud et de synchronisation de fichiers self-hosted. Elle permet le partage de fichiers, la collaboration en temps réel, et l'intégration avec ONLYOFFICE pour l'édition de documents.

Intégration ONLYOFFICE

Nextcloud est configuré pour utiliser ONLYOFFICE Document Server pour l'édition collaborative de documents Office.

  • PowerPoint: .pptx, .ppt
  • PDF: Lecture seule

Co-édition

  • Plusieurs utilisateurs peuvent éditer simultanément

L'intégration est déjà configurée :

  • JWT Secret: Configuré pour sécurité

Tâches de maintenance

Cron jobs

Le conteneur nextcloud-cron exécute automatiquement les tâches planifiées toutes les 5 minutes :

  • Nettoyage fichiers temporaires
  • Génération previews
  • Mise à jour indexes
  • Synchronisation calendriers

Logs

Troubleshooting

Problème de connexion

Symptôme: Erreur "Trusted domain"

Solution: 

docker exec -u www-data nextcloud php occ config:system:set trusted_domains 1 --value='nextcloud.srv759970.hstgr.cloud'

Problème ONLYOFFICE

Symptôme: "Document editing service is not available"

Solution: 

# Vérifier ONLYOFFICE
curl -I https://onlyoffice.srv759970.hstgr.cloud

# Revalider config
docker exec -u www-data nextcloud php occ config:app:get onlyoffice DocumentServerUrl

Problème de performance

Solution: Vider cache Redis 

docker exec redis-shared redis-cli -a PASSWORD FLUSHDB
docker restart nextcloud
